Chris Davis, DO

Dr. Davis earned his degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was drawn to family medicine because of the opportunity to build long-term relationships with his patients and their families. His favorite part of practicing family medicine is caring for multiple generations, and the wide scope of medicine he gets to see. Outside of work, Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with his wife, twin daughters, and their miniature dachshund. You can find him outside hiking, camping, and keeping active.

Matthew Dilleshaw, FNP-C

Matt received his degree from the Medical University of South Caroline (MUSC). When he attended nurse practitioner school, he chose family medicine as his career path because he enjoyed the idea of providing care to patients and their families as a unit. Matt is passionate about preventative care and health maintenance. He likes working with patients to help them achieve their health goals and live their best lives. He and his wife, Kathryn, have 4 children. Hobbies include playing with his kids, archery, and history.

Phillip Edmonds, MD

Dr. Edmonds attended the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. He feels becoming a physician was a calling in his life and enjoys playing a role in helping his patients live healthier life both physically and spiritually. Dr. Edmonds and his wife have been married for 26 years and share 3 children. In his spare time, he likes to build, woodwork, and serve the Lord in the community through his church.

Jilian Thomas, PA-C

Jilian completed the PA program at Wingate University. She loves family medicine for many reasons, but the top of the list is developing lasting relationships with her patients and being able to treat a wide range of medical conditions. She enjoys the management of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. Jilian loves spending time with her husband Dale, and her two stepchildren. They have a green cheeked conure named Kermit! She also enjoys horseback riding, water skiing, and camping.
